Who does what:

  • RTCS Digital (a d/b/a of Rture Collective Solutions LLC) operates the Site and collects the information you submit, on behalf of the buyer.
  • Jerari Group LLC is the company that reviews your property and may make you an offer to buy it.

In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean RTCS Digital and Jerari Group LLC together.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us when you fill out a form, call, text, or email us:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Property details: state, county, street address, parcel number (APN), how you acquired the property, your timeline to sell, your asking price, and any amount owed on the property
  • Your preferred language
  • Anything else you choose to tell us in messages or calls

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

  • The page you came from and the page where you submitted your information
  • Basic device and browser data (browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, time on page)
  • Cookies and similar tools used for site function and analytics (see Section 6)

Information from public sources such as county property and tax records, used to confirm property details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To review your property and decide whether to make an offer
  • To contact you by phone, text, or email about your property and our offer
  • To connect you with a referral partner when your property is outside our buying area (see Section 3)
  • To run, protect, and improve the Site
  • To keep records and follow the law

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Between RTCS Digital and Jerari Group LLC, so your property can be reviewed and an offer can be made.
  • Referral partners. If your property is in a state where Jerari Group LLC does not buy directly, we may pass your contact and property details to a licensed real estate partner in that state so they can respond to your request to sell.
  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, customer-relationship software, phone and text messaging, email delivery, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Closing parties, such as title companies, escrow agents, and attorneys, if you move forward with a sale.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer, if all or part of our business is merged, sold, or reorganized.

4. Text Messages (SMS)

  • Text messages are sent only by Sell My Property Pronto (RTCS Digital). If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we may text you about your property inquiry and our offer. Marketing texts are sent only if you check the separate, optional marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Agreeing to receive texts is not required to sell your property or to receive an offer.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Calls and Emails

We may call or email you about your property inquiry. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. You can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time by telling us during a call, replying to an email, or contacting us using the information in Section 11.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar tools to make forms work, remember your choices, and understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages lead to form submissions). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work correctly without them.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete any sale, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. After that, we delete it or remove information that identifies you.
