The investor, wholesalers, and re-developers working within our group believe that by revitalizing communities, we can better our communities one property at a time.

Redeveloping since the early 2000's the developers and investors have weathered storms to provide the same services for almost 20 years. We love real estate, and for many of us, it is more than a means to an end. Its who we are.

Our Big WHY

In today's world, a home is something only some have the luxury of owning. However, this should not be true; by bringing many off-market properties to the market, we can help communities, cities, and individuals recognize their true potential.


As part of this pledge to help communities, a portion of all proceeds from the sale of properties will be donated to  Habitat for Humanity and Klove. This is our giving pledge.
